Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The CFO will play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy and ensuring the financial health of the company. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in finance leadership, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency and technology sectors.

Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth objectives and operational needs. Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Oversee the annual budgeting process, financial forecasting, and variance analysis. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Financial Reporting and Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial statements, reports, and analyses to stakeholders.
Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks, including market, operational, and credit risks. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Capital Management: Manage the company’s capital structure, funding, and investment strategies. Oversee treasury functions, including cash flow management and debt financing.
Investor Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and financial institutions. Communicate the company’s financial performance and strategy to external stakeholders.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Ensure the development and retention of top talent.
Technology Integration: Leverage financial technology solutions to enhance financial processes and decision-making. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and their potential impact on the business.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. CPA or CFA designation is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior financial leadership roles, preferably within the technology, cryptocurrency, or energy sectors.
Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Excellent financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting skills. Proficient in financial software and systems.
Leadership: Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with executive leadership and stakeholders.
